Ryan Lee cohost a free Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi class every Sunday on the University of California Irvine campus in front of the Langson Library. Class is free of charge and is open to the public. The purpose of the class is to learn the basic fundamental principles and movements that are at the foundation of tai chi and qigong. A typical class usually consist of head to toe warm up exercises, 18 forms Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi practice, general instruction, and forms practice. It is a very casual enviorment and beginners are always welcome. Understanding of the Tai Chi forms is not a requirement to participate. Come out and see how Tai Chi & Qigong can improve your health and overall sense of well being. It is also a great opportunity to make new friends.
